When you purchase a item using a provided payment method you automatically agree to abide by the selected payment method's terms of service too (Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, etc...). The buyer is responsible for fulfilling payment and any fees/taxes that may accommodate your purchase via the payment method chosen. Buyers also adhere to possible duties and taxes enforced by local authorities and government. Virtual will provide all possible available payment methods indicated on the Virtual website checkout page. Payment option fees are clearly detailed on the checkout page and are structured as followed.

Buying
Upon successful payment, the Virtual team is obligated to provide the digital cosmetic purchased by the buyer. If the Virtual team fails to provide the digital good the customer is entitled to a full refund. The buyer is fully responsible for paying the full owed balance, if they do not fulfill this request the item they paid for will not be delivered to them and the underpaid/overpaid amount will be refunded to the buyer. If a item is underpaid with malicious intent the Virtual team reserves the right to refuse future service to the customer after the underpaid balance is returned to the customer.

Electronic Communications
If you are a user of the Virtual website or send us e-mails you are communicating with us electronically and therefore agree to receive communications from us electronically by e-mail or notices on the website. You agree to all terms, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such other communications be in writing.

Termination/Refusal of Service
If the buyer violates any of the following terms they may be subject to be denied service or even termination
Fraud of ANY kind (via Payment Processor or Cryptocurrency), as determined by the Virtual team.
- Failure to cooperate with support staff in the event of a payment dispute
- Providing false or inaccurate information
- Any other breach of Virtual's Terms of Service
