Digital codes and cosmetics will be delivered to you under 24 hours and under rare circumstances where staff is busy it could take up to 48 hours.
Please ensure you have a Roblox Premium subscription active, your trades must be set on "All" and you must have 1 small item off hold and ready to trade.
This is a rare instance there was a issue with your item, if this happens please make a support ticket in our Discord server to request a refund. As long as your purchase was within the last 14 days you are eligible for a full refund!
Items purchased with Robux take 7 days to become tradeable and items recently received through trade take 2 days to become tradeable
You are not eligible for a refund if your item was delivered successfully, items are safely delivered within 24 hours with rare circumstances it can take up to 48. If your item fails to reach you, your money will be refunded promptly. Please ensure you have the required settings to receive cosmetics. We are in no way affiliated with the official @Roblox platform and we simply sell cosmetic items for the platform
